NSW National Parks publish seasonal vehicle entry fees for Kosciuszko. Non-winter and winter peak rates differ (commonly cited planning figures have included about $17 non-winter and about $29 winter peak per vehicle — always confirm current prices on the official entry fees page). Kosciuszko Road between Perisher and Charlotte Pass is typically closed in the winter peak. Drive to the conditions, carry chains when required, and check Live Traffic NSW.
